The Government declared by notice in the Gazette today (April 23) the existence of a vacant elected seat in the Yuen Long District Council Fairview Park Constituency.
Following the resignation of elected member Mr To Ka Lun, the office will become vacant on May 1, 2021, pursuant to section 26(b) of the District Councils Ordinance (Cap. 547).
