​The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) today (January 24) announced that the tender period for the contract for Fanling North New Development Area, Phase 1: Fanling Bypass Eastern Section (Shek Wu San Tsuen North to Lung Yeuk Tau) (Contract No. ND/2019/04) has been extended to noon on February 28.
The CEDD invited tenders for the contract on November 29, 2019. The tender period was originally scheduled to expire at noon on February 7.
