     The Town Planning Board today (July 5) announced the publication of the draft Urban Renewal Authority (URA) Kai Tak Road/Sa Po Road Development Scheme Plan (DSP) No. S/K10/URA1/1.

     The scheme area covers about 0.53 hectares and is designated as “Residential (Group A)”. The scheme is for high-density residential developments with the provision of a sunken plaza and underground public vehicle park to serve the community.

     In accordance with section 25(9) of the URA Ordinance, the draft DSP replaces the approved Ma Tau Kok Outline Zoning Plan in relation to the area delineated and described in the draft DSP.

     The draft Kai Tak Road/Sa Po Road DSP No. S/K10/URA1/1 is now available for public inspection during office hours at (i) the Secretariat of the Board, (ii) the Planning Enquiry Counters, (iii) the Kowloon District Planning Office, and (iv) the Kowloon City District Office.

     Any person may make written representations in respect of the DSP to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board on or before September 5. Any person who intends to make a representation is advised to read the revised Town Planning Board Guidelines No. 29B on “Submission and Publication of Representations, Comments on Representations and Further Representations under the Town Planning Ordinance” (TPB PG-No. 29B) promulgated in November 2018 and taking effect in 2019.

     Submission of a representation should comply with the requirements set out in TPB PG-No. 29B. In particular, the representer should take note of the following:

* If the representer fails to provide his/her full name and the first four alphanumeric characters of his/her HKID card/passport number as required under TPB PG-No. 29B, the representation submitted shall be treated as not having been made; and
* The Secretariat of the Board reserves the right to require the representer to provide identity proof for verification.

     The Guidelines and the submission form are available at locations (i) and (ii) above and the Board’s website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).

     The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate five-year tenancies for the government properties situated at (i) Shop Nos. 521, 531, 533 and 534 on the first floor; (ii) Shop Nos. 317, 328 and 330 on the ground floor, Passenger Clearance Building, 33 Shun Fai Road, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port, Lantau.

     Each premises should only be used for the purpose of a restaurant for the supply of meals, light refreshments, beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages) and other food commodities, and such other ancillary uses as may be approved in writing by the Landlord.

     The tender notices were uploaded today (July 5) to the Agency’s website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency’s website.

     Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before July 11 this year.

     Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, before noon on July 30 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted. read more
