Young entrepreneurs revitalise retail

     The Housing Authority's "Well Being‧Start-up" programme helps young entrepreneurs by providing free rental spaces, shop renovations and mentorship, enabling them to launch innovative businesses while also revitalising its shopping centres.
 
     News.gov.hk spoke to a representative from the Housing Department, who explained how the programme works, and to a participant who has benefited from it.
