Following is the transcript of remarks made by the Secretary for Food and Health, Professor Sophia Chan, after attending a radio programme today (January 2):

Reporter: You said those diners in the Moon Palace restaurant have been found, how many are you still looking for? What are the difficulties? Can you give a more concrete timetable for the implementation of the vaccine requirement at restaurants? Will classes and offices be also included in the latest scheme?

Secretary for Food and Health: Your first question is about the Moon Palace. I think most of the people who had lunch during that time when we have the index case, have already been found and sent to quarantine centre. Obviously, there are some people who had not booked table but walk-in, therefore we are still finding those people. There are some people who had come forward, called the hotline and thus they were found. So, most of the majority of these people have been found. We would like to appeal to the public for those who had been there but have not yet been found to come forward.

Your second question is about "vaccine bubble". We are planning to implement  "vaccine bubble" in all scheduled premises under Cap. 599F before the Chinese New Year. As far as other places are concerned, such as those with high risks, that would be the next step but not the first step.
