The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (October 14) that Shek O Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island and Trio Beach in Sai Kung District are temporarily closed until further notice for maintenance of shark prevention net. Red flags have been hoisted at these beaches. Beachgoers are advised not to swim at these beaches.
