Serving confinees heart and soul

     Government staff at Penny's Bay Quarantine Centre have been making every effort to make the facility as family-friendly as possible by tending to confinees' physical needs and giving them emotional support.
 
     News.gov.hk spoke to front-line staff from the Department of Health and the Civil Aid Service to see how they make confinees feel at home during their quarantine stay.
