Food Security students have recently returned from a week long study tour in Malaysia where they investigated some of the complex issues facing one of the most food insecure regions in the world.

SRUC researchers recently facilitated a workshop hosted by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust (RBST) to discuss the conservation of UK’s native livestock breeds which are at risk. 

A sunny bright afternoon brought nearly 3000 visitors to Sunday’s Open Day at SRUC’s Barony Campus.
