Mark Leung to host “All that Jazz, Through the Years” lecture demonstration

     Well-known jazz guitarist Mark Leung will return to host the "Jazz Up" series: "All that Jazz, Through the Years" lecture demonstration in November. The lectures will feature bassist Barry Lam, drummer Felix Leung, guitarist Moon Wong and keyboardist Billy Yeung. The series is presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD). Details are as follows:

     Mark Leung is an active jazz guitarist in Hong Kong and Macao, and has worked as an instructor on the Introduction to Popular Music course under the Associate Degree programme at the Hong Kong Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Composers and Authors Society of Hong Kong.
 
     From 2017 to 2019, Leung hosted various lecture demonstrations in the "Jazz Up" series presented by the LCSD, including "Getting to Know Jazz", "Is Jazz That Hard?" and "First Experience of Jazz". 
 
     All lectures, to be conducted in Cantonese, will be held at 7.30pm in the Lecture Hall of the Hong Kong Space Museum.
