The National Security Department of the Hong Kong Police Force arrested a 26-year-old man yesterday (February 6) for “perverting the course of justice” and today (February 7) laid a holding charge against the man with one count of "doing an act or a series of acts tending and intended to pervert the course of public justice".
The case will be mentioned at the Eastern Magistrates' Courts tomorrow morning (February 8).
