Residents have pointed out to me that the traditional red phone box on Magdalen Green is badly in need of painting – see photo.
I contacted BT Payphones requesting this and have received the following response :
“I have requested for the payphone to be repainted.
The commercial officer will make a decision in the next 10 working days.”
I am pleased to say that repainting has now been agreed to and the cleaning of the phone box’s inside I also asked for has been carried out.
