Excerpts from the transcript:

Meeting with Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of China Li Keqiang

Dmitry Medvedev: It is a pleasure to meet with you, Mr Prime Minister. These are our traditional meetings, but you and I have not met for a long period; the last meeting took place in December 2017. Now we hope we will meet soon in Brussels and then in Beijing.

I would like to convey President Putin’s best regards to you. We are having reciprocal years of inter-regional cooperation, which also defines the short-term agenda. I look forward to attending the first China International Import Expo, which will take place in Shanghai.

Let us address a few other issues.

Li Keqiang (via interpreter): Mr Medvedev, I am very glad to meet with you again. Last December, we attended the SCO Heads of Government Council Meeting in Sochi; the memories are still fresh. I remember the wonderful architecture and the resort landscapes, unique beauty.

I would like to take an opportunity and extend an invitation to you. I will be glad to see you during your visit to China in November.

We will also hold a regular meeting of heads of government of China and Russia.

Dmitry Medvedev: Thank you.
