The Russian Prime Minister’s message reads, in part:
“Russia and Cambodia have friendly and partner-like relations. Our bilateral trade is growing, and so is our economic, investment, research and technology cooperation. We are working together on large infrastructure and industrial projects. I am looking forward to maintaining our close ties to further strengthen Russian-Cambodian collaboration, and to expand our practical cooperation in various fields.”
