Owing to special arrangements, the open auction for the Lunar New Year Fair stalls at Man Yee Playground in Sai Kung and Po Hong Park in Tseung Kwan O on December 4 (Friday) originally scheduled to be held at the Hang Hau Community Hall in Sai Kung will be changed to the Assembly Hall at 2/F, Lai Chi Kok Government Offices, 19 Lai Wan Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon.
