Police today (September 23) laid a charge against a 19-year-old woman with one count of conspiracy to incite the commission by other persons of the offence of subversion.
The woman was arrested yesterday (September 22) for suspected conspiracy to incite the commission by other persons of the offence of subversion, contravening Article 22 and 23 of the Hong Kong National Security Law.
The case will be mentioned at the West Kowloon Magistrates’ Courts this afternoon.
