The United States is disappointed the Conference on Cyprus in Crans Montana, Switzerland, has closed without an agreement. We express gratitude and respect for the hard work by all parties and for the United Nations’ facilitation. The United States will continue to support efforts to reunify the island as a bizonal, bicommunal federation, which would benefit all Cypriots.
