Guidance: Foundation degree awarding powers

This document provides guidance for further education institutions (FEIs) seeking to apply for foundation degree awarding powers (FDAPs) up until 31 March 2018.
This guidance will continue to apply up to 31 July 2019 for any issues arising post-award, including changes of circumstances.
It applies to providers in England only.
FEIs seeking to apply for FDAPs from 1 April 2018 should refer to the Office for Students’ new guidance.
