Responding to the news (BBC) that a new independent commission will soon launch the largest review of the water industry since privatisation in the 1980s, Green Party Co-Leader, Carla Denyer said,

“Water is a basic human need. It should be in public hands run for people, not profit. I don’t know why Labour won’t even consider this.”

Mid and East Antrim Council receives an update on road infrastructure projects for 2024

Members of the Neighbourhood and Communities Committee of Mid and East Antrim Borough Council received an update from the Department for Infrastructure regarding road maintenance and improvement works in the council area, for the years 2023/24 and 2024/25.
