Advance Direct Payments to farm businesses will begin to issue on Wednesday 16 October 2019, the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) has announced.

A new Parent and Afterschool Centre has been opened today in Kilcooley Primary School and Nursery Unit, Bangor.
