The Devolved Governments of Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have issued a joint call for the UK Government to engage with them on negotiations with the EU.

Finance Minister, Conor Murphy along with Finance Ministers from Wales and Scotland met together for the first time with the new Chief Secretary to the Treasury Steve Barclay in London today. With the long-awaited UK Budget just a day away the scale of change to devolved budgets was top of the agenda.
