Education Minister Peter Weir has attended a sod cutting ceremony to mark a new school build for St Joseph’s High School, Crossmaglen.

A £246,000 resurfacing scheme for Ardmore Road, Derry will commence on Monday 24 August 2020 and is scheduled to take five weeks to complete. The improvement scheme, which starts close to the Ballybogie Road and progresses south eastwards towards Berryburn Bridge for a distance of approximately 1.2km, includes resurfacing of the carriageway and upgrading of road drainage.

The flu vaccination programme in Northern Ireland is being expanded to help protect vulnerable people and relieve winter pressures during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Today, it was confirmed that another person has sadly passed away in Northern Ireland after contracting COVID-19.
