The Department of Finance has gone over and beyond its remit to support people during the Covid pandemic. Reflecting on his first 12 months in office Finance Minister Conor Murphy said:

Domiciliary care workers and independent sector staff will be able to receive the Covid-19 vaccine from today.

Education Minister Peter Weir has outlined the significant investment of £7million that has been provided this year to support remote learning.
