Extension of Non-Executive Board Member’s Role on the Northern Ireland Social Care Council
The Department of Health has announced an extension to the appointment of Neil Bodger as a Non-Executive Lay Member to the board of the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC). Mr Neil Bodger’s extension will commence on 18 July 2019 and end on a date not later than 17 July 2020.

Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council members have been updated on works in the area by the Department for Infrastructure.
£120,000 road improvement scheme for Derrygonnelly Road, Fermanagh
A £120,000 carriageway resurfacing scheme on the B81 Derrygonnelly Road, Derrygonnelly, County Fermanagh will commence on Monday 24 June.
The resurfacing work will extend a distance of 800 metres along the Derrygonnelly Road. This will deliver significant improvements to both the structural integrity and surface quality of the road.
