New publication: CPVO case-law Volume II 2015 -2020

The CPVO case-law 2015-2020 Volume II offers a summary of the latest decisions and judgments of CPVO’s Board of Appeal, of the General Court and of the Court of Justice of the European Union.  

Voume I is also available online and offers a summary of case-laws from 1995 to 2015.
