The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (June 18) that due to big waves, the red flag has been hoisted at Hung Shing Yeh Beach in Islands District. Beachgoers are advised not to swim at the beach.
The Advanced Manufacturing Centre (AMC) at the Tseung Kwan O InnoPark is a world-class, purpose-built advanced manufacturing base. Opened in early 2022, the response from the industry to the AMC, the first of its kind in Hong Kong, has been favourable. As announced in the Policy Address, the Government will explore construction of a second AMC to promote new industrialisation.
News.gov.hk spoke to the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and an aerospace technology company to find out how enterprises can benefit from setting up their manufacturing processes in the AMC.
