Beyond Multi-arts Series to be staged from September to December

     Presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the "Beyond Multi-arts Series" will stage a variety of dance and multi-arts programmes from September to December.

Lifesaving services at Golden Beach and Cafeteria New Beach resume

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department has announced that the lifesaving services at Golden Beach and â€‹Cafeteria New Beach in Tuen Mun District resumed today (July 5). The lifesaving services at the beaches were suspended earlier due to an insufficient number of lifeguards on duty.




Tenders invited for government properties tenancies (3)

     The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate five-year tenancies for the government properties situated at (i) Shop Nos. 521, 531, 533 and 534 on the first floor; (ii) Shop Nos. 317, 328 and 330 on the ground floor, Passenger Clearance Building, 33 Shun Fai Road, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port, Lantau.

     Each premises should only be used for the purpose of a restaurant for the supply of meals, light refreshments, beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages) and other food commodities, and such other ancillary uses as may be approved in writing by the Landlord.

     The tender notices were uploaded today (July 5) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website.

     Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before July 11 this year.

     Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, before noon on July 30 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (July 5) that due to an insufficient number of lifeguards on duty, the lifesaving services at Golden Beach and â€‹Cafeteria New Beach in Tuen Mun District have been suspended until further notice.

     First aid services will be maintained at the beaches.




Tenders invited for government property tenancy (2)

     The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for a three-year tenancy of the government property situated on Shop No. 1 on the ground floor of the Passenger Terminal Building (Public Transport Interchange), Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point, New Territories.

     The premises should only be used for general retail purposes (excluding fast food shop, restaurant, godown, residential use and office use, and excluding sale of any goods or commodities that are subject to export control under laws of Hong Kong, any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislations) or a convenience store for general retail and service purposes, which shall include the sale of groceries, snack foods, confectionery, soft drinks, toiletries, newspapers and magazines (excluding sale of any goods or commodities that are subject to export control under laws of Hong Kong, any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislations).
