The Environment (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020

This statutory instrument allows the Defra Secretary of State and Welsh Ministers in devolved areas to continue to exercise certain powers under the Pollution Prevention and Control Act after the EU Exit Implementation Period ends. These powers are used to regulate activities which are capable of causing environmental pollution in connection with certain EU Directives.
