This instrument makes amendments to environmental laws to address minor errors and to ensure they continue to operate effectively after the end of the implementation period. Regulations 5 and 6 make minor changes to Regulations made under section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, relating to air quality and chemicals.
