Communities Minister announces £150,000 seasonal funding for homeless services

Communities Minister Gordon Lyons has today announced he is providing a £150,000 goodwill grant to fund festive dinners and small gifts for people experiencing homelessness.




Bluetongue positive findings from further testing in County Down

Preliminary results of testing carried out by DAERA on a Co Down herd, where two suspected cases of Bluetongue virus were recently identified and confirmed as BTV-3, have revealed suspected presence in a further 44 cattle.
