A GST facilitation cell has been set up in the Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion to answer queries regarding GST. The GST facilitation cell is headed by Shri Sudhansu Sekhar Das, Economic Adviser (ss.das@nic.in, Tel:23063932) and consists of the following:

The 2ndreconstituted Board of Trade (BOT) Meeting chaired by Commerce and Industry Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman was held today. Addressing the meeting she said the Government is fully seized with the concerns of the exporters and is engaged in intensive inter- departmental consultations with Department of Revenue and Ministry of Finance on their concerns related to GST.

With a view to facilitate the implementation of GST for the stakeholders concerned with Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and its organizations, a GST Facilitation Cell has been established.
